I will post again when the resolution is finally done. Apparently its now a technical issue and will be resolved within 72 hours! The lunatics have taken over the asylum.

Update 6: Day 8 - More Webchat with a very unhelpful 'advisor'. and also offer to compensate for the days when nothing works. How the hell can any company (insert F word here, this has been used a lot over the last week) up so badly. The business number still doesn't work and when rung goes to the voicemail of the personal number. and after a lot of rebooting and manually registering on the network I finally have one number working. now its time to play guess which one works or indeed whether any number is on them. Day 6 - No change Update 4: Day 7 - Two new sim cards have arrived. I can't wait until the next installment I've still got no phone number. Another total screw (please insert the F word here) up courtesy of these bunch of cowboys. Update 3: DAY 5 - A number finally got transferred over today and guess what? No one can ring it or text it! They go straight through to the voicemail of my other number. Talkmobile have managed to destroy all communications in one swoop. customers can't ring, it won't even allow voicemails. Bank authorisations etc are now in the ether. One business number now out of action, One personal number also out of action. Day 2 - No change Day 3 - No Change Update 2: DAY 4 - Talkmobile have excelled themselves, they have transferred the wrong number to the wrong sim. Without the sim I can't even leave this dire excuse for a company. Another hour on webchat and it's been promised to be sent again.
nothing! Another two hours of my life wasted on their pathetic helpline which transfers you to an appallingly bad line in India somewhere and I get nowhere. Update 1: DAY 1 - After not sending a sim but still going ahead with the number port, leaving me with nothing, Talk Mobile promised to send one by next working day. They must be trained to lie about everything they do. Avoid this company at all costs unless you want to be b*llsh*tted about your transfer. They managed to lose my business number when transferring from another provider. TALK MOBILE ARE THE WORST COMPANY IVE EVER DEALT WITH!!
